From Devol we are preparing an interesting customer meeting in which to share experiences, ideas and solutions. An event that will take place on April 24, 2024 and will feature the participation of prominent members of Devol, as well as the testimony of some customers.
A relevant date
Thanks to the experience we have acquired in recent years and the work done together with our collaborators, we have managed to develop a wide range of solutions that have provided invaluable added value to companies with very different profiles.
With this conference we intend to transfer all that knowledge, all that experience, to our customers. Our objective is to show them new perspectives that will help them to improve their business in a proven, contrasted and effective way.
Topics and protagonists of interest
The Devol Customer Event will be hosted by Ángel Vélez, CEO of Devol. Miguel Ángel Blanco, Innovation Director of Devol, will lead two presentations. In the first one he will present Process 360, our tool for integrated lifecycle management of an RPA project, which allows total control over the installed robot fleet. In the second presentation he will show Devol’s technological strategy, a presentation in which he will explain our vision of technological evolution and its applications in the coming years.
But in addition to Devol’s top managers, the event will be attended by some of our customers, such as Iñaki Ibarrondo, Head of RPA and AI Automation at Eroski, who will talk about the functions, difficulties and results of the CoE position within the RPA project at Eroski, as well as the use case of Devol 4 Invoices, the supplier invoice automation system.
David Quijano, Director of Administration at Retabet, will focus on process automation in the human resources department, how the automation park has impacted Retabet, what the results have been and what the team’s vision is.
For his part, Jesús Madrid, Data, Integrations and RPA Product Manager at AEDAS Homes, will dedicate his presentation to such a current topic as process automation and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on the RPA and AI project at AEDAS Homes and presenting a use case.
The day will also feature presentations on AI opportunities in process automation, or how automation can be successfully applied to sales channels.

With Devol’s Customer Event we aim to create a space where collaboration, communication and the vision that different approaches can offer on the world of automation are prioritized. A day that prioritizes the perspective on the value that automation can have in different businesses, helping them to grow and become more efficient. In short, a meeting in which to discover new ways to take advantage of the technology available to us to improve and continue walking on the path of digital transformation.
