Devol organizes the ” Automation Day: A New Era in Business Process Automation” in Madrid

The headquarters of the National College of Engineers of ICAI, in Madrid, will host next October 24 at 11:00 am an event, organized by Devol and UiPath, in which professionals, companies and technology will join hands to show how they can contribute to make business processes more competitive.

During the day, which will be face-to-face, real experiences will be presented. Its protagonists will share the keys and challenges to overcome to achieve success and realize the full potential of a business process automation project.

Organized by Devol and UiPath, and with the collaboration of the ICAI National College of Engineers, heads of companies such as Iberospec, Diglo Servicer, AEDAS Homes, Idrus Soluciones e Innovación or QDQMedia will present some of the tools that are providing better results in the processes of digital transformation in many companies, such as Intelligent Automation of business processes through software robots (RPA), to which we can provide, among others, new capabilities based on Artificial Intelligence models.

During the conference, and in a pragmatic and close way, the most relevant aspects in the adoption of these technologies, as well as their main features and the benefits of their implementation, will be presented. All of this will be articulated through real case studies by the people and companies that have experienced them.

After the welcome by Iñigo Sanz, member and professor of ICAI and Business Development Director of Iberospec Environmental Technologies, the day will start with the presentation of the endless possibilities of automation by Ángel Vélez, CEO of Devol. He will be followed by a presentation by Aurora Díez, Senior Sales Engineer at UiPath, who will present the leading automation platform. Next, Miguel Ángel Blanco, Innovation Director at Devol, will identify the key aspects of process automation.

This will be followed by success stories with Diglo Servicer, AEDAS Homes and Idrus Soluciones e Innovación, with their live demo of RPA interacting with Jano, the natural language call center. This block will end with Devol’s presentation on the use case of RPA, AI and Machine Learning for invoice automation.

A round table with the speakers will close the day, after which a networking space will be set up to get to know the different attendees in more detail, as well as the projects and solutions presented.
