On March 27th at 9:30 am, the headquarters of the Industrial Engineers Association of Gipuzkoa will host a conference dedicated to highlighting the benefits of process automation through the use of software robots.
We are at a time when efficiency and productivity are the factors that can easily have the greatest impact on the future of companies. Today’s technology makes it possible to enjoy a variety of tools that accentuate and boost these factors. However, among all of them, there is one that stands out especially in recent years and is becoming a benchmark adopted by companies of all types and sizes: the automatic robotization of processes.
Through this conference we will discover what software robots are, how they are integrated into the normal flow of companies and how they boost the productivity of the companies that implement them.
This technology helps efficiency in the management of administrative processes, emulating people and freeing them from the most tedious and repetitive parts of their jobs. Its implementation is done in parallel to the normal workflow, its availability is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and they do not make mistakes.
Aimed at executives, managers or section heads in companies of any type of sector (process automation is a totally transversal technology), the conference will feature RPA experts who will explain in detail what automation is and what it is really for.
We will also have the participation of customers, such as Iñaki Ibarrondo, head of RPA and IA Automation of the Eroski Group or David Quijano, administration director of Retabet Group, who will tell their experience in first person. It will be possible to learn about the advantages of its implementation, the way in which it is integrated into the company’s workflow, the challenges that have had to be overcome and the benefits obtained.
To conclude, a round table will be held to discuss the future that is opening up with the integration of artificial intelligence in the development of future automations, making them more and more capable. After a time dedicated to questions from the attendees, the event will close with a coffee break to facilitate a networking space.
